Privacy Policy
All services are private and client cases are handled as such.
Mediation is CONFIDENTIAL and the discussions are not privy to the court. All information discussed in mediation is between the parties and mediator/s.
Mediators CAN NOT be subpoena, called to testify, nor can the information in mediation be used against a party by the mediator. 
Mediators WILL NOT speak with the Judge about your case during the mediation process.
Mediators MUST speak with your attorney, if a party has representation. Do not speak to a mediator about your case, once a lawyer has been retained, without your attorney present.
